GV Streamer End User License Agreement - Free or paid software

License Agreement: This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between GVStreamer.com and the end user, whether an individual or entity. If you install the Software onto any electronic storage median you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this licensing agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement then do not use this Software and destroy all copies in your possession.

In this license "(Paid software only)" means that the following section is relevant only for software that was paid for. "(Free software only)" means that the following section is relevant only for software that was downloaded for free. If none of this marks appear, the following section is relevant for both paid and free software.

License

  1. (Paid software only) This EULA grants you, the End User, a non-exclusive, limited license to install the Software onto one domain. Sub-domains and main domains are considered as 1 domain. You may purchase more licenses from GVStreamer.com upgrade page
  2. (Free software only) This EULA grants you, the End User, a license to install the Software onto your domains and sub-domains.
  3. (Paid software only)The End User may make one back-up copy of the Software. Back-up copies must contain all copyright notices and all original product related data.
  4. (Paid software only)The End User may use this Software on one personal, commercial or non-profit website.

Modifications


Code: You are NOT authorized to make any modifications to the code. You may not distribute the code without GVStreamer.com permission.

Copyright Notice: You may not remove the copyright notice from the code.

License Restrictions

  1. The End User may not sell, rent, sub-license, assign, transfer, lease, sublease, modify, translate, digitally transfer, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer or create derivative works based upon the Software.
  2. The End User may not export this Software into any country prohibited by the United States Export Administration Act.
  3. GVStreamer.com may terminate this license agreement if you fail to comply with this EULA. If this license agreement is terminated you must cease use of and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Ownership


The End User is granted a limited use license through this EULA to use the Software. GVStreamer.com reserves all rights and ownerships of all materials contained in this software product as well as all content on www.GVStreamer.com. You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our content or products, modified or unmodified. This software is protected by Israel Copyright and International Copyright laws.

Product Delivery


(Paid software only)Upon successful receipt of your payment you will receive an email confirming your purchase. If you do not receive this email confirmation within one hour please contact Customer Service at GVStreamer.com. You must provide a valid email address for communication purposes. Within six hours after the confirmation mail, the software will be sent to you by e-mail.

Other Provisions


Should any provision of this Agreement be held to be void, invalid, unenforceable or illegal by a court, the validity and enforceability of the other provisions shall not be affected thereby. If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, you agree to a modification of such provision to provide for enforcement of the provision's intent, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Failure of a party to enforce any provision of this Agreement shall not constitute or be construed as a waiver of such provision or of the right to enforce such provision. If you fail to comply with any terms of this Agreement, your license is automatically terminated and you must then destroy all copies of the Software in your possession.

Limited Warranty

  1. GVStreamer.com warrants that, for a period of thirty (30) days, from the date of purchase, as shown on the receipt, if properly installed and operated on hardware and software for which it is designed, the Software will perform substantially in accordance with the instructions.
  2. Customer Remedies: At GVStreamer.com's sole discretion, your remedy shall be:( i.) Downloadable Software: replacement of the defective Software through additional download. (ii.) Physical Software: repair or replacement of defective software. Owners of physical products can elect to receive replacements in the form of a download version of their product, although doing so will void their right to other remedies.
  3. To make a warranty claim, contact GVStramer.com at warranty. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the Software has resulted in whole or in part from accident, abuse, misapplication or violation of this Agreement. In no event shall GStreamer.com be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. Any replacement SOFTWARE will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or fifteen (15) days, whichever is longer. This warranty allocates risks of product failure between Licensee and GVStreamer.com. THERE ARE NO OTHER WARRANTIES. GVSTREAMER.COM DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE SOFTWARE AND ITS INSTRUCTIONS. GVSTREAMER.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THE PRODUCT TO WORK WITH 3RD PARTY COMPONENTS, MODULES OR EXTENSIONS. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, MAY HAVE OTHERS, WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. GVSTREAMER.COM DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE OPERATION OF THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR FREE OR MEET LICENSEE'S SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS. THE WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER EXPRESS WARRANTIES WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN. THE AGENTS OR EMPLOYEES OF GVSTREAMER.COM ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO MAKE MODIFICATIONS TO THIS WARRANTY, OR ADDITIONAL WARRANTIES ON BEHALF OF GVSTREAMER.COM. ADDITIONAL STATEMENTS SUCH AS ADVERTISING OR PRESENTATIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, DO NOT CONSTITUTE WARRANTIES BY GCSTREAMER.COM AND SHOULD NOT BE RELIED UPON.

Refund Policy


All license fees are non-refundable. GVStreamer.com does not issue refunds for products that are non-tangible downloadable goods.
